Bright Double Room Next To Imperial War Museum

We are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate is sadly moving out to go back to France.

Currently living here are Laura, 26, architect and Katie, 29, chef. We are a friendly bunch, that enjoy sharing dinner and a few drinks every now and then.

The flat is at the North end of Kennington Road, right next to the Imperial War Museum and park. Transport links are excellent: we are 5 minutes walk from Lambeth North tube, 10 mins from Waterloo and 7 mins from Elephant & Castle and Kennington tubes. The 59, 159, 3 & 360 Buses stop right outside to take you into town or South to Brixton/Clapham and you can cycle into the City in just 10 mins.

There are loads of great things to do nearby: a great pool and gym just down the road and some lovely pubs and cafes. The river is close by and the flat is within walking distance of both Tate Britain and Modern. The property is a three-bedroom maisonette, set back from the road with a large communal living room/dining room, a good size kitchen with plenty of storage, dishwasher & washing machine and a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, inbuilt wardrobe, space for a desk and drawers and lots of light.

We are looking for a friendly professional who appreciates a peaceful home to come back to after work, with a balance of being sociable together (dinner, drinks, movies) and having our own space.

Flatmates need to be non-smokers and in reliable work.

The rent does not include bills, which are about £90-110 a month for council tax, water, liability insurance, 4h of cleaning services, gas/elec and 100mb broadband.
