Hello!

My flat mates are moving on and I am looking for 2 new flat mates to sign the new contract with me on 17 December. The contract will be for one year so please only get in contact if you can commit to that length of time!

The flat is well located and it is easy to get to many places by foot, public transport or by bike. It’s 6 min to Lambeth North station, 10 min to Waterloo/Elephant and Castle, bus stops and santander bicycles are right outside, and 10 mins walk to the river.

The flat is two levels and has high ceilings/large windows so lots of natural daylight! It has a large living room, large kitchen and large modern bathroom.

(Room 1) Larger room is £925pcm. It is as big as the living room (so super spacious) and is upstairs. Comes with bed, wardrobe and sofa.

(Room 2) Smaller room is £775pcm, comes with bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and has a built in closet. It is downstairs and the door is off the living room.

Both rooms are single occupancy only.

Bills are additional and comes to about £130pcm, including gas, electric, water, fast internet, bi-weekly cleaner for common areas and council tax.

A little about me…
I’m a 27 year old civil servant (which is why I would love to stay here as it’s a 25 min walk to Westminster!). I’m originally from Yorkshire and have lived in London since June 2021, after having spent some time abroad and at my parents house during lockdown. I enjoy cooking, yoga, going out for food/drinks, museums, art galleries, travelling. I am a clean and respectful housemate and I am looking for flatmates that will be the same.
