Double room available from 1st January 2025 in an amazing big house in the heart of Clapham North.

🏠 The house is great with a large open plan kitchen and living room, three bathrooms and a garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ! It’s a really good house for entertaining.

🛏 The room up for grabs is £1030. Unfurnished. Bills are super cheap as split between 7, usually around £80-£100
🏙 Location is super close to Clapham High Street where there are heaps of pubs, we are also a short walk to Clapham Common and to Brixton. Clapham north tube is 5 min walk.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We are a fun social house who enjoy spending time with each other and enjoy having drinks over the weekend. We are all working professionals who work a mix of home and office. We try to have house dinners and drinks every so often so we are looking for someone who is like minded and on the same vibe.

We enjoy going out, going to the pubs, gym, sports, travelling, festivals, events etc. We all do have separate lives and groups of friends outside of the house but we are all very chilled and people are always welcome over.

The room is available from 1st January 2025. Drop us a message if you are interested and we can go from there. You will need to earn a minimum of £33k to pass referencing.
