Bright airy double room in Lambeth north

We are 2 girls from kings college London who are seeking a third girl (student or already working) to live with us. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respectful — no wild parties please but small get friend dinners are fine. Must be someone who can pay 6 months upfront as the agent requires all 3 of us to either all pay 6 month upfront or all have guarantors, and since me and the other girl do not have guarantors then the third person would have to pay 6 month upfront as well. The first instalment of 6 months (785 x 6) is due on 10 July so please only contact me if you can meet this condition and date.

The housing agency is dexters and there is a £530 holding deposit which will be offset against your portion of the rent, so you just have to pay £177 (1/3 of the £530).

There is quite a lot of storage in the flat as there are 2-3 big and tall wardrobes in the corridor and many many cupboards in the kitchen. Also there is large living room with a sofa.

Total rent amount is 2300 with one bedroom being 740, one being 765 and the one available being 785 pcm. This is because one of the bedrooms (not the one avail to rent) is smaller and can’t fit a table inside so that one is 740, and the one pictured is the biggest so it is 785.
