Short term let, Ensuite room, in leafy area

Hey,

we're looking for someone to replace myself in our flat right by Myatts field. The park and the area surrounding is super pretty and makes for lovely south London vibes, whilst not being too far from Camberwell, Oval and Brixton.

There's a modern kitchen<>dining<>living area and a shared garden outback. The room itself is a decent size double with a ensuite bathroom with shower.

Remaining housemate Tobi, is interested in cooking, gym training and fashion styling. Currently we're a queer household and would like someone also queer or LGBTQ+ friendly to join. (We are not looking for couples or with children sorry.)

There's currently some construction next door (in office hours only) So this room is best suited for someone who would be out at work in the day, rather than someone who works from home.

Room Available as a sublet from 19th July 2022 till 29 August 2022. Flexible with the move in date from 19th till 30 July
