Double room for rent in Clapham/Brixton

Hiii!
Aarohi and I are looking for a lovely person to fill a room in our flat, with a move in date 13th March.
🏡House and Room
Room is a double bed at £950 per month excluding bills, that usually come to about £130 per month. There is space to put a small desk in the room, but it would be snug so the room is probably more suited for someone who mostly works from the office/or has hybrid working!
The house has one shower/bath/sink bathroom and one toilet/sink room. The dining/living room is lovely, super sunny and spacious. There is also a small garden which is lovely in summer and great for bbqs!
We are looking for someone like-minded and keen to go to wine bars, boogies, coffee walks and keen to explore the city! Preferably in their twenties and a working professional employed and tidy (v imp). We would like to be friends and not just flatmates!

• 10 minutes from Clapham High Street (Overground)
• 10 minutes from Brixton
• Super close to a big Tesco, a Lidl and a Sainsbury’s
• Lots of restaurants, cafés and pubs within walking distance!
