✨We are looking for 2 new housemates for our lovely big house in Oval!! One large double room being sublet and one single room for tenancy takeover, both available from February 10th - please see details below.
🚇Location:
- 8 minute walk to Oval tube (Northern line). 10 mins from there to London Bridge/Bank or you can go south to Clapham/Balham in about the same time!
- Bus stop right outside for Vauxhall/Victoria/Knightsbridge/Marble Arch/Paddington. (20 minute walk to Vauxhall for national rail)
🏠House:
- Large kitchen (2 hobs/fridge-freezers etc, washer-dryer), shared living room, small private (paved) garden
- 3 bathrooms with nice modern showers
- 7 bedrooms in total (5 doubles and 2 singles), we’re all girls in our 20s ☺️
Rooms:
- Large double room is currently £990.76 (not inc bills). Subletting for 3 months from 10th Feb but flexible on dates. Message me if interested in this room.
