Looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room and renew the contract in a lovely, well-kept flat in Kennington.
The flat:
Split-level with two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, cosy living room, and open-plan kitchen. Plus a big, clean attic for extra storage.
The area:
Super well connected – 5 min walk to Kennington Station (Northern line) and 10 mins to Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo & Northern). Plenty of buses nearby too.
About me:
I’m a 25-year-old Romanian interior designer – clean, easygoing, and respectful. I enjoy a friendly, sociable home but also value my own space.
Who I’m looking for:
Someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Ideally, office-based as I work fully from home, but if you WFH too, we can create a nice shared workspace.
