En-suite double room available from 18 Feb 2026 in a beautiful, bright (south facing), two bedroom flat with large balcony in Lambeth, Zone 1.

Fantastic location: 8 mins walk from Lambeth North station, 10 mins from Vauxhall station and 12 from Kennington station. 15 mins walk from Waterloo station and House of Parliament. 8 mins from the river (Lambeth bridge).

Ensuite room SINGLE occupancy: £400 per week . The monthly fee INCLUDES service charge, council tax, water, electricity, gas, TV licence and broadband.

I am looking for a grown-up, independent lodger with good references and who will treat my flat as his/hers/theirs - no parties allowed and ideally only light cooking.
The living room is to be shared but after 8pm and only when I am around (approx 50% of the time during the week or less), it is mainly to be used by me. My ensuite room is particularly suitable for somebody who is looking for a clean, quiet room for good sleeps in a safe property.
