Bright Double Room, Nice Area, Asap

Hi! I'd like to rent out ASAP a lovely double room in a shared house in a Brixton area. Move in middle/ end of August.

Our house is an amazing bunch of people who share interests in music and art. We are professionals with full-time jobs. The room itself is very cosy and it gets a lot of sun during the day. It comes fully furnished with a double bed and a desk. The location is really convenient as there are Co-op, Tesco and few grocery shops literally around the corner. And there are plenty of food markets too!

It takes less than one minute by walk to get to the Loughborough Junction Station. You can walk 10-15 mins to the Brixton Station from where you will take the Victoria Line. The bus stops are very close to the house (buses 45, 35, 345, P4 etc).

The rent is £500 plus around £50-80 bills (council tax, gas, electricity, internet; it's very little during summer as we don't use heating).
