The House:
A double room is available in a beautiful four-bedroom Victorian town-house, a 3 minute walk to Elephant & Castle station. The room is at the back of the house on the upper ground floor. It is fully furnished and recently painted. It currently has a single bed but can easily accommodate a double if needed. It is light with high ceilings and big, shuttered windows.
There are 2 full bathrooms and a separate 3rd toilet, a large homely kitchen/dining room, a separate living room, a study and a garden with space for bike storage

The Housemates:
The housemates you would be living with are three female professionals aged 23-30, working in the financial sector, the charity sector and the TV industry. They all have busy lives but enjoy socialising in the house over a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Two housemates are involved in activities at their local churches and the other does not go to church. Christians and non-Christians equally welcome! They are looking for someone who is sociable and tidy.

Of the two housemates who are leaving, one is buying a flat and the other is moving to another part of London. They are moving at the same time to make the contract changeover process smoother for the remaining housemates.

The Location:
The house is in a fantastic location, with Southbank and London Bridge within walking distance. There are numerous bus links all over London, as well as the Bakerloo Line, Northern Line and National Rail Services from Elephant & Castle station. Southwark and Waterloo Stations are both 10 minute walk away, for access to the Jubilee and Waterloo & City lines.

Other details:
Move in date is flexible for each room separately but around the 1st April.
