Beautiful cozy room in a super modern apartment block with stellar views across the south bank located 5 mins walk away from Waterloo station and less than 1 min away from Lambeth North.

I am moving to a different country and I need to find a tenant to replace me. He (or she) will be living with my current flatmates (and friends) Alberto and Andrea. Both professionals (economists) - they are incredibly smart, sociable and tidy. Interests include playing the piano, watching sports/films on TV, cooking together, going to food markets (there are some really great ones in the area such as Borough Market and Maltby St Market) having coffee (a lot of it), and exploring new places and countries.
