Hello! I have a lovely and comfortable split level, furnished, garden flat in the Waterloo/Lambeth area, and I’m looking for a new flatmate.

About the flat: This split level flat has a separate kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a separate W/C upstairs. There is a leafy and green private garden/court yard . Bars, restaurants and cafes of The Cut and Lower Marsh are a 2 - 5 min walk, Archbishop’s Park and Imperial War Museum + gardens are 5 mins walk, and Southbank is 10 mins walk. There are excellent transport links and local grocery shops close by. The flat is super comfortable - cosy and warm in winter, with a delightful leafy and green courtyard to make the most of summer! Heating is included in the rent, with the rest of the bills coming to approx. £150 per month.
About me: I’m a scientist working at a university. I’m independent, tidy and respectful, but also friendly, social and easy-going! In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends, (beginner) dance classes, reading and going to the movies.
