A lovely double room is available near Waterloo station.
The room is in a flat of Lower Marsh Street, a iconic block with lots of mid century features.
The room are furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and loads of build in storage.

The flat is spacious and works well for two people sharing.

The kitchen is well equipped with the gas hob and fan recently updated. The fridge is a good size with a freezer included. There is no dishwasher, so its hand washing all the way.

The lounge has dinning table and small couch. The furniture is mix of mine and the landlord. Should you have any you want to add then this can be discussed and decided. A small balcony looks out over a garden which provides privacy and also makes the flat very tranquil as it is very quite for such a central location.

The bathroom is spacious and has a decent size bath tub and smaller, stand alone shower with windows.

Ideally this flat is for someone who want to share a home and be located in the heart of London. Because of the proximity of the flat to nearby health trusts/ hospitals it can serve someone who works on the health sector very well.

About myself- I work fulltime for a Japanese designer with a office based in Mayfair. I tend to be in the office Monday to Friday and travel for work and holiday, so I am not always around. Weekends is the time I will be at home the most during which I like to catch up with friends, run, watch TV, listen to Radio4 and so on.

The property is managed on behalf of the landlord by Reeds Rain based on Kennington Road. They will request documents for approval.
