- I’ve accumulated a lot of utensils, appliances etc over the years so you won’t need to bring too much in
- Building has multiple friendly concierges that take your parcels, and collect your trash from the door (!!)

- Someone who is ideally working full-time
- Wants to stay long-term
- Clean and tidies up after themselves
- Someone to have a great flatmate relationship with but also someone who is independent/has their own set of friends and appreciates space
- Happy for you to have your friends/family over occasionally during evenings and weekends and have people stay over every once in a while
- The building is smoke-free. No-smoking/vaping in the house
