Room to rent in Lambeth North

Our flatmate is sadly moving in with his bf this summer so we are looking for a third to take over his room from 4 July.

We are both gay, male professionals. Greg, 30 works in law. Matis, 24 works in HR. We both work from home a couple days of the week max, which has been working fine.

We are both friends and enjoy grabbing food, going on walks etc together as a flat, but also both have our own social lives.
We both like living in a relaxed, sociable environment, but which is also homely.
The flat has a great location - we are based in zone 1 about 5 minutes from Lambeth North tube. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living room/kitchen. We share a garden with the flats next door, where there is also some storage space for bikes.

There is a tesco express/sainsbury local under 10 mins away, or a larger sainsburys about 15 minutes walk. Imperial War Museum park is across the road and is a great little park.

The room comes with the furniture pictured (a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table) - there is also space enough for a desk should you like to get one.

Rent is 1000pcm, bills, including council tax usually come to about 150 extra. The flat is Council Tax Band D.
