Single Bedroom in Lancaster Gate

Me and my best friend are taking a 3 bedroom flat in Lancaster Gate/Paddington area very close from both Tube Stations( central line+ bakerloo line, circle, district, Hammersmith and so on), and walking distance to Hyde Park as well.

We are looking for a 3rd person to share the flat with us. The room they ( the agency) call it a double just because a double matress can fit but in case you are willing for more space there can be a single bedroom and have some little space left for a small weardrobe. Of course we will try to organize the house and storage spaces in the best way possible so everyone can feel as comfortable as possible.

Me and my friend and both young professioanals working within performing arts, clean and quiet and we would be happy to find a 3rd person that we all feel we can connect with.

Going back to the house, there is a pretty nice and spacious bathroom and a nice kitchen full of utilities.

Price of the room it would be 550/per month without bills which at the moment we don t know exactly how much to expect since we just met the agency. But it would be just like in a regular other flat in London based on how much we consume( gas, electricity, water, council tax).

And also, place will apparently become available around beginning/ middle of March since the owner wants to repaint apparently the whole house and clean or replace all carpets but this is due to confirmation.

There is also some furniture left around the flat and a single bed can be provided for sure but they also said owner is willing to help buying basic pieces of furniture( weardrobe/ bed).
