About the house: we are offering you one double bedroom plus your own private lounge/office in our amazing flat share available September. The house is very spacious, bright and centrally located - Zone 1. Shared areas: there's a fully equipped big kitchen, a big living room, spacious balcony, communal private gardens, 1 bathroom & 1 toilet, caretaker office in the building, bike rack in the basement (£5 per month - optional), off street car parking (£500 per year, optional).

You can enjoy: big screen flat TV, PS4, big sofa bed, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, big fridge w/freezer, toaster, ironing board, iron, double oven, stove, large bath/shower, hyperoptic Wi-Fi.

About us: We are a couple, relaxed and easy going but respect our flatmates' privacy. We are looking for another couple who will benefit from the good size double bedroom and private lounge/office. We work from home 2-3 days a week. There is plenty of space in the large living room to work from home should you and your partner want to work separately (one of our current flatmates works in their private lounge/office and the other in the living room).

About the area: The area is great and extremely well connected, we live moments away from Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations - Hyde Park is basically on our doorstep. You can walk to Bayswater, Notting Hill, Edgware Road, Baker Street, Marble Arch, Kensington and Marylebone where you'll find endless restaurants and bars, or can jump on the tube and in 25 minutes get to Brixton, Shoreditch, Camden, etc.

IMPORTANT:

***Bills are not included (other
than heating) - bills are usually around £85 each per month including the cleaner twice a month; council tax band F.

About you: we are looking for a very tidy professional couple who will clean after using shared areas, take the rubbish out and do light house cleaning between cleaner visits; we all pitch in!
