Discounted Cozy Double By Hyde Park Available Now

Hi, I am moving out in August and looking for someone to take over my room. Ideally from 1st of August. It is really lovely place with a lot of sunlight.

The regular rent is ££780 but due to time pressure I am happy to contribute to your August and September rent if you decide to rent it. I also managed to discount the room from October when it will be reduced to just ££730 per month!

About the room: cozy, furnished double room with wooden floor.

The best part of the room is the window especially during summer days. The room is located on the Mews side so it’s very quiet and sunny. Additionally, you have a little space outside where you can sit and drink your morning coffee or read a book! :) It is not a balcony but got the vibe, just need to put a couple outdoor pillows!

Current flatmates: it’s 3 bedroom flat with no living room. One room is empty at the moment. In the other room we have a lovely couple who plan to move to their own place in the next few weeks/months (up to COVID!). They are very hardworking, clean and respectful but happy to chat anytime.

A bonus: The agency is wonderful and they always makes sure all flatmates are a good match.

Other: we all here care about this place but understand that everyone is different so the only rule in the apt is to not leave dirty dishes in the sink and keep the place clean at all times. We have a professional cleaner so don't worry about the rest :)
