Lovely spacious and bright room with private bathroom in a 2 levels flat, 2 minutes walk from Hyde Park. The room comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe with a chest of drawers and shelves

The room is one of 3, all with private bathrooms, in a flat on the second and third floor of a 3-flats house completely refurbished before we entered last year.

The common area on level 1 consists in a really big open plan living room full of plants and with a nice tv and sofa and a dining table that we use for our dinners. The kitchen is well furnished with a counter style table. The house is very bright also in winter.

The apartment is 5 mins walk from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Station and it's located above a NISA LOCAL supermarket and in front of Cafes and other smaller supermarkets.

We are Caterina and Jacopo, two Italian professionals and friends in their early 30s. We are both currently working from home; Caterina in the cultural sector and Jacopo in finance. The house has a cosy homey vibe which is important to us (especially in these times!). Our home it’s a space that we care of, keeping it nice and tidy. We enjoy cooking, watching movies and relaxing together in our flat.
