1 bedroom flat is available from the end of March. It's a compact flat but has everything you need: a new full bath, washing machine, a kitchenette with a microwave, oven, small TV, an office area with a desk, three built-in storages plus a built-in three doors wardrobe, a hoover etc.

I stayed here for 1.5 year and now moving in with my boyfriend. A new contract will be signed minimum 6 months with a letting agency. Alternatively you can take my contract for 3 months until the end of June. No letting fees. Only 1 month in advance payment. Students and professionals.

The agency is 1 min away - very helpful, there is always a maintenance guy around.
