The smaller room has a double bed with a huge build-in wardrobe and loads of storage! Rent is 690 Pounds per calendar month, bills are around 60/70 Pounds per month while heating is already included in the room price, making the place perfect for winter!
The bigger room is really spacious, it has a double bed and a private balcony Rent is 820 Pounds, bills are around 50/60 Pounds, heating is also already included in the room price.
Both rooms have great natural light, the kitchen (which is fully kitted) and bathroom would be shared with the other tenants. The flat is really lovely and got renovated 3 years ago and painted 6 months ago.
