Hello, my roommate is leaving her room so I'm looking for the next tenant for this comfortable and well-located single room(only long term, at least one year contract & move in date Oct 8th)

The location is perfectly situated between Lancaster gate station (2min walk), and Paddington station(5min walk), and right next to Hyde Park where you can enjoy a nice morning run.

The room itself :
1. Single room for one person
2. Reasonably big wardrobes
3. one storage can be a storage and a table at the same time, you can also use the big living room to study/work
3. You’ll only have one roommate who is me, fully working in a tech company

The flat is very spacious, large shared living room and kitchen, one bathroom sharing, I’m currently working from the office 2-3 days a week

Bills come at around 100 each month.
