Bright Double Room in Paddington

I am sadly leaving my room after almost four years in the flat.

The room has a double bed (which has a lot of space underneath) and comes furnished with a bookshelf, a nightstand, sofa-chair, desk, wardrobe, laundry basket, and two coffee tables.
I bought the green armchair, pink chair, slim bookshelf, the other nightstand, chest of drawers, and both night-lamps as well the bigger lamp. These things can all be purchased from me as I won’t be taking them with me.
The room has also got access to the balcony which is lovely in the summer.

You will be sharing the rest of the flat (kitchen with washer-dryer, and bathroom) with two amazing girls, who are now two of my closest friends. Isa (32) works in Events and Alice (23) works in Sales.

The flat is on the fourth floor of a building with 24/7 concierge, a 2 minute walk from Lancaster Gate station, and 5 minute walk from Paddington.

Rent is £1,140pcm (which includes £60 of fixed bills, namely the maintenance and concierge of the building)
Additional bills are:
~£67 (gas, water, internet)
The energy bill varies month by month but is usually around £20 each
Deposit is £1,090
You’d be signing a contract which runs until 6th Dec 2025

We are looking for someone tidy and clean who looks after the house just like Isa and Alice do. Please tell us a bit about yourself :)
