All rooms come with ample space and storage. A double room- This bedroom has a double size bed and comes fully furnished and a built in wardrobe.

Please note the room comes with an additional two door wardrobe, a desk and mirror- which belong to the old flatmate. The old flatmate is happy to leave these if the new tenants wishes to keep them otherwise they will be removed.

The windows are single glazed and heating is included in the building so you will not be paying for any heating or hot water. Please note: the windows are currently being replaced with double glazing.

We are young professional women who work in the city. This flat is like our home and we don't treat it like a rental property. We take pride in our flat.

We like to keep the flat super clean and have a cleaner that comes twice a month. We are fun loving and very friendly.

We are quite social and like going out every now and then. However, this is not a party flat. We do respect each other's privacy but at the same time love doing things together like brunches, lunches, dinners and nights out.

About our potential flat mate:

We are looking for a professional who is a non-smoker, interesting, really nice, friendly, house proud and is considerate and respectful towards others. We would like someone who is chilled out but not sloppy. Likes to treat others how they would like to be treated.

If we're all on the same page, we'll get on like a house on fire!

We would like someone who we can eventually call a friend and are not looking for a room hermit or someone who is anti-social. Of course we're not constantly in each other's business but we also like spending time together or catching up etc. Positive vibes only!
