Double room in bright, spacious flat

The room:

Lovely double room with two windows looking out onto trees - great natural light throughout the day. Fully furnished with a queen-size double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two wooden storage trunks. Carpeted and comfortable.

The bathroom:

You'd share with just one flatmate who is only in London Monday evening to Thursday morning - so for most of the week it's effectively all yours. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a built-in TV, which is a bit of a treat.

The flat:

A large, very bright living and dining room with comfortable sofas, a smart TV and a real working fireplace. A beer garden / balcony with outdoor seating out the back, perfect in summer. The kitchen is well-organised with loads of worktop space and a double oven. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer included.

Transport:

Latimer Road tube (Hammersmith & City line, Zone 2) is a 2-minute walk, direct to Paddington, King's Cross and Liverpool Street. Shepherd's Bush for the Central line and Night Tube is 15 minutes on foot. Westfield is 7 minutes away, Portobello Road 15, Holland Park 20. Hard to beat for west London.

Your flatmates:

Davide, 29, Italian, works in finance. Adam, 35, British, works at a deep-tech company. It's a quiet, clean, friendly house, not a party flat. The landlord is genuinely supportive and always on hand when needed, which makes a real difference.

Bills:

Bills are not included. Running costs are approximately £150 pcm per person, covering council tax, water, gas, electricity, wifi, and all other household expenses.

The contract:

The tenancy is managed through an agency. A name substitution fee of £50 applies to transfer the contract into the new tenant's name. The current contract runs until 6 October 2026, Adam and Davide are planning to renew, but the new flatmate is free to decide for themselves.

Who we're looking for:

A working professional, male, between 25 and 35, clean, organised, responsible, and ideally into gaming. Serious enquiries only please.
