Double room sublet: Now - 17/01 (flexible)

Lovely little house just off Lavender Hill, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

This room is available for sublet immediately only until 17 January 2021 when I am back from holiday. This is flexible.

We have just finished refurbishing and have a double room (with king bed) available for a housemates with similar interests who will enjoy living and having the odd drink together!

We all enjoy our fitness (you have to work off the drink somehow), a netflix binge, deliveroo, and will have plenty of bbq's together when the summer comes. Other interests are footy, tennis, golf, wine, beer, music, surfing, corn chips, salsa, and travelling!

Our house is also our home so we keep it clean and tidy.

There's a big open plan kitchen living room, and you'll be sharing a bathroom and separate toilet with Dave and Ross, and a there's a nice little garden for the summer (that we have just finished revamping), as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer!

We also have a cheeky but well behaved collie dog called coco so you can have all the benefits of having a dog and none of the responsibility!

We are under 10 minutes walk to Clapham Junction rail station, 7 minutes walk to Clapham Common and 5 Minutes from Asda.

There's also a bus stop one minute away serving : 345, 77, 87, 156 and N87
