Hello! We are looking for a new lodger to fill our spare room in our lovely house in Battersea.
We are a friendly professional couple and we are looking for someone quiet and friendly to share our space with. We are very open to whoever as our new lodger, and are very lgbtq+ friendly!
The room itself is a Double room, although at present there is a King size bed. You will have access to your own bathroom as we have an en-suite. There is a 3rd toilet downstairs as well. The house 15 minutes from Battersea Park, 10 minutes from Queenstown Road station and 20 minutes from Clapham Junction. We have a sunny garden and there is permit parking available.
You will have access to all of the shared spaces :)
All bills are included in the monthly price.
