Looking for someone to take over our room as we are moving back to Aus. The room includes a king bed, large en-suite, wardrobe, draws, small built in cupboard and lots of room to WFH. The room is on the top story of the house and the only room on that floor.
Available between 5th-10th June and the tenancy will be for 6 months (can request to extend at end of 6 months).
Roommates - you will be living with 2 housemates that my partner and I have lived with for 18 months. They are 2 working professionals (1 Irish female and 1 Aussie male), 24-25 and both very sociable and amazing to live with.
Rent £1,350 (not including bills).
Deposit required to be paid to the landlord.
