Large double bedroom

We are looking for a respectful clean friendly person to join us. So we are looking for someone who I can occassionally share a glass of wine or beer with or watch some Netflix with.

We:
We are a gay couple very easy going, sociable and respectful. We both the like the gym and keeping fit, and we alos love travelling and experience other cultures. I work from home 2/3 days a week and Dimi works at the office. Suki is our Shiba who is 1 year old, she is very well house trained and is either sleeping or wanting to play fetch with the ball.

The Flat:
The flat is brand new and on the lower levels of the block. There is an open-plan living/entertaining space with a sleek kitchen (with everything you need), large balcony and majority use of the brand new main bathroom. All the finishes and furniture have been done to a high standard.

Most importantly your room is a very large double bedroom which is extremely light, This has a king size bed, a clothes, chest of drawers and a desk. Though any items can be removed.
For those cyclists there is bicycle storage down stairs.
There is also secure video entry.

There is also a concierge whom can take parcels and assists around the flats.

The flat is located literally 2 minutes from Lea bridge station. Where you can catch a train to Stratford (all the tube lines) or Tottenham hale (Victoria line) and be in the centre of the London within 25-30 minutes.

The flat is also next to Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow Marshes for those whom want to get some fresh air or like running.

Rent and bills inclusive £1,100
Deposit is £1100

I am a live in landlord so there are no fees.
I am looking for some one whom is the right fit and so flexible with the move in date.

Shorter lets than 2 months will be considered but at a higher rent.
