I am a friendly female professional currently living in the house due to move out late December.

The flat is brand new, huge, modern, with a bright double room, in the heart of East London. You can look up the place under 'Motion e10’. 30 seconds from leabridge station, 1 stop from Stratford and 1 stop from Tottenham Hale. We have a concierge for all the Asos packages that get delivered while we are out 😆

The area is green, near the river, very lively and has good transport links, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a massive living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and 1 balcony. All the furniture and items are brand new and designed to modern taste.

Room 2 which is the larger one with a double bed, table, wardrobe, and main bathroom with the bath tub is available.

Room 1 is an en-suite and is currently occupied by a vibrant new art graduate.

The bills are included ( water, broadband, CT, water, gas) in the £1450 month (+ elec). The room is available to move in from 28th December. Happy to consider short term for the right person.

The room is best suited to someone who wants to live like an adult in a nice clean tidy vibrant organised and resourceful environment without having to pay adult prices. Happy to consider couples for a revised price.

- Unfortunately, the room is only available to humans, no pets unless it's a finger monkey
