✨ Bright, Spacious Room to Sublet in Lea Bridge

Looking for a cozy space for a winter sublet in London? I'm subletting my room in Lea Bridge while away, and looking for someone who will take care of it and fit into the vibe of the flat. Would suit a female creative 25+, but we're open to hearing from anyone who thinks they might be the right fit.

You would be sharing with one other, the owner of the flat who is a musician.

We both have active social lives, but enjoy hanging out at home, cooking dinners and keeping a nice, calm and cozy vibe. We both like our solo time too, and like to keep the communal spaces clean and tidy. It’s a really gorgeous space, renovated beautifully, and just generally a lovely home to come back to.

Dates: 15th December - end of February (flexible, but ideally as close to those dates as possible)

The Room:

Bright and airy with lots of natural light

King-size bed with Simba mattress

Chest of drawers, clothes rail, cupboards and shelves

Space for under-bed storage

Fully furnished and ready to move into

The Flat:

Spacious two-bedroom apartment shared with one other (the owner)

Full bathroom suite with a great bath

Washing machine

High-spec kitchen with dishwasher

Garden

Shared living room that functions well as a WFH space

Converted loft used as a creative workspace, doubles as spare/guest room

Location:

Short walk to Leyton Jubilee Park, Walthamstow Wetlands, and WaterWorks Bird Reserve

Close to great cafés, delis, and a large Aldi

10 minutes to Lea Bridge Station (one stop to Tottenham Hale or Stratford, giving you access to almost all tube lines)

Rent:

All bills included, except for a monthly cleaner.
