Double room available for 4 month let in Leyton

Rather upsettingly my housemate has to move for work so her room will be available for at least 4 months from 14th January to 14th May, with potential to extend 🥺

Room is £800 PCM + bills, bills are roughly £130 a month during winter and less towards summer. Room comes furnished with bed, mattress and a good sized wardrobe!

📍10 minute bus to Central Line in Leyton Station

📍10 min bus to Victoria Line in Blackhorse Road or Walthamstow.

📍15-20min bus trips to Clapton, Hackney, Stratford. The bus stop is right outside our door!

Really nice community around here too, some cheap eats and has everything you need on one road, literally wouldn’t need to leave the street if it wasn’t for work!

You’d be living with me, Irish, 26, hospo for life so work funny hours sometimes but I’m lots of fun when I’m around, I’m a manager so cute little discount in a very popular steak restaurant it for you 💕

Love reality TV, wine nights, a good cocktail bar! I am also a big sucker for Facebook marketplace finds 🤑
