I’m the owner and sole occupant of a three bedroom flat in Lee (Zone 3), and I’m looking for a mature, considerate person to share with.
I am potentially letting the entire flat this winter so any agreement may have to end by October 31st.

The house is in a peaceful private road with great neighbours, and it’s well connected—central London is less than 30 minutes away via train.

I mostly work from home and I’m a big fan of a tidy, relaxed environment. The home is calm, clean, and hopefully somewhere you’ll feel at home too.
