I have 2 stunning large double rooms available in a clean, modern, 3 bedroom maisonette spread over 2 floors. The flat was newly renovated throughout a couple of years ago, so is in wonderful condition.

There is a 1 month minimum stay, so perfect for those who want flexibility. Couples will be considered for the larger room but the price would be £950 (as I would not let the other room, as don't feel the flat is big enough for 4, which means you would also have your own private bathroom).

BEDROOM 1 - Wood floors, large triple wardrobe, double bed with 2 large drawers underneath and corner desk. Available NOW.

BEDROOM 2 - Wood floors, double bed, 2 bedside tables, TV stand and chest of drawers. Available NOW.

BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the property. You will have the main modern family 3 piece bathroom shared with one other. As I have my own downstairs.

KITCHEN - a large fully equipped kitchen, massive fridge with room for your own shelves and own food cupboard. We also have a breakfast bar with Nutribullet. Kettle, Toaster. Crockpot Slow Cooker. Washing Machine. Dishwasher. Freezer.

LOUNGE / DINER - comfy corner sofa, 6 seater dining table and large windows and a door that opens out onto the balcony.

BALCONY - Large and spacious. Corner sofa with coffee table for relaxing in the sun. Stunning view and beautiful big trees for those who crave some green :)

RENT - Is inclusive of all bills including super fast fibre optic internet. Gas, Water, Electric and Council Tax.

LOCATION - The flat is located 3 minutes from Lee Rail Station (Zone 3). In a quiet close which is just off Burnt Ash Hill which has a CO-OP opposite open late 7 days a week (1 min from the flat) and all the other amenities you could need. It's a lovely safe and leafy green area. Trains direct to London Bridge take 14 minutes, 23 to Charing Cross and 24 to Cannon Street. Regular buses take 5 minutes to beautiful Blackheath and 10 to Lewisham. Also very quick to Greenwich and the amazing market/park.

FLATMATES - You will share the flat with me Abe, 28 - I'm very laid back, friendly and conscientious, I'm a professional actor, into gaming, music, movies and dance.

I am looking for laid back, clean, like minded professionals to join my home. We have had many lodgers over the last few years. It is not a party house and is a homely, relaxing and good vibes place.
