Single room in prime location. Suit quiet respectful person, maybe a student or someone not interested in a party style house and visitors. I'm happy to cook some meals or breakfast for extra cost on an occasional basis. We have a cat who is quite old and doesn't bother anyone. You would be sharing the house with me and my son who is rarely at home. It's a safe and quiet residence with plenty of things to do in the area, and close to all transport links.
