Hi! We're Phil and Kat, a couple looking to rent out the second room in our two bed in Leicester Square.

We have a room available in a modern 2-bed flat, a couple of minutes walk from Leicester Square and Covent Garden Tubes and Charing Cross station. Ideal for professionals working in the area or towards Farringdon / Holborn / The City!

We keep the place pretty tidy, but have a cleaner fortnightly too.

We have all the usual amenities - oven, fridge, separate freezer, washer, dryer. Tons of storage space in the kitchen, and the bedroom has a chest of drawers, double bed and a big wardrobe.

I'm Phil, 29yrs old, and run a personal training business in central London as well as working in Digital Marketing. Don't worry though - I eat and drink like normal humans and am not gym-obsessed by any means!! I live in the flat with my girlfriend Kat who works in Executive Search.

The room is available for £1000pm, and bills are £100pm and available from mid-July.
