HI there!

Bills are included which includes: council tax, water, gas, electric and internet which is virgin M200 broadband.

Rooms are partially furnished.

We have a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, new fridge, a decent shower and a garden outside (great for bbqs in the summer)

A little bit about ourselves: We are two laid back guy's looking for a couple of friendly and respectful people like us to share our lovely house with.

We both like to spend time by ourselves but generally we will be in the living room hanging out. We enjoy watching films and working on projects or making art when we're not at work. Everyone is pretty busy during the week but we like to try and cook together most evening and socialise.

I'm in to cycling (I'm Ben) and the other housemate loves music and art.

We have a good relationship with the landlords as we have lived here now for over 7 years. This makes the rooms a lot cheaper than others you'll see in the area (just another bonus about living here).

We’re both not big drinkers so we wouldn't be going down the pub every weekend, but as long as your respectful there isn't an issue.

What we are looking for in a housemate: Someone kind social and respectful. The whole process of moving in with strangers may appear daunting for everyone but we see it as more of an opportunity to make new friends.
Sorry but we are not looking for couples or anything that involves sharing one room.
