The rent for this large double and fully furnished room on the first floor is £860 per month including bills. The rent stated above includes the following bills - Council tax, Water, Electricity & Gas and TV licence. The rent of £860 includes the cost of the latest energy price rise which took effect 1 October. Any energy price increases are shared equally amongst the 4 housemates. The housemates are mindful of energy usage and work together to keep the energy bills down, whilst enjoying a comfortable home. The council tax Band is E and the EPC rating is D. The internet is only a few pounds extra split across the housemates. The house is well maintained, fully furnished and situated on a very safe and quiet tree lined road.

We require a non-smoking, tidy and friendly professional to join an established house-share in our stunning semi-detached Victorian house. (Sorry no couples, smokers or pets!). There are currently one professional male and two professional females, in their late 20’s/early 30’s, living in the house. We would like a likeminded, tidy, friendly and responsible professional to join this established houseshare. The lease agreement is very flexible requiring only a minimum 6 week minimum notice period. However, despite the very flexible lease agreement terms, most of the housemates have being living in the house for several years.

The address of the house is Slaithwaite Road, Lewisham, SE13 6DJ and is located within Zone 2. It is about a 5 minute walk to Lewisham station, a 15 minute walk to Blackheath and a 20 minute walk to Greenwich. The trains from Lewisham take about 10 minutes to London Bridge, 14 minutes to Waterloo East, 20 minutes to Victoria. Lewisham is also at the end of the Docklands Light Railway and in Zone 2. The DLR will take you to Bank station in under 30 minutes and Canary Wharf in under 20 minutes.

The house is compliant with the latest landlord licence requirements such as EPC, electricity certificate, gas certificate, portal appliance test. fire safety etc. These documents will be shared as part of the tenancy agreement.
