The room is available Monday to Friday only. No minimum term.

Your room has loads of natural light as it's a south facing room. Comes fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side units and under bed storage.

All the usual stuff in the house; washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, coffee machine, microwave, TV, Netflix, iron,

I'm out and about a few nights a week, but it would be great to find someone to share the odd meal and drink with I'm at home. If you'd rather keep yourself to yourself then that's also ok!

I'm a charity worker, working in emergency planning. I love cycling, boardgames, pubs and cooking. Just started swing dancing too.

Super well connected area; 7 minute walk to Lewisham Station, then a 15 minute train journey in to cannon street and London Bridge (or 35 minute cycle), 20mins to Victoria, DLR to bank. Loads of buses.

Few nice pubs in the area, and only 15 minute walk from blackheath village which has plenty of places to eat and drink.

There is a secure shed in the garden to store bikes, and off street parking available but is charged by the council at a cost of £6 day or £20 week (payable using an app)

Couples also welcome, at an additional £50 per month.

The room is available from the 1st June but I can be flexible with move in dates. No minimum term required. The room is available sooner but I have a few ad-hoc air bnb bookings that would take priority on those dates.
