The house is one street away from Lewisham station. If you aren't familiar, Lewisham is a major travel hub and super linked up. It's Zone 2 and also on the DLR, so direct travel times are:

Cannon Street 15 minutes
Charing Cross 19 minutes
Bank DLR 27 minutes

The house is on the hill up to Blackheath (a 10 minute walk to the Heath). A great place to live because of the green expanses, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants of Blackheath and Greenwich and the buzz and shopping in Lewisham (3 minute walk) and the fact that it's so quick to get into central London.

There's a 24-hr Pure Gym 3 minutes away and a 24-hr Gym Group 10 minutes away.

The house has been newly renovated by myself (I'm a property developer/ advanced DIY'er). It has all the character of an Edwardian property but all the mod cons of 2021. Most importantly it's bright, light and warm because the first thing I did after the rip out was to super insulate all the external walls.

There's loads of cupboard storage in the kitchen, with a massive fridge and separate tall freezer. Two ovens, one a microwave combi. Dishwasher and a large induction hob that cooks just like gas and an instant boiling water tap if you like your tea like me.

You don't need any crockery, cutlery; there's loads here. But if you're a bit more adventurous in the kitchen than me, then by all means bake away.

The kitchen has a big dining table and links to the living room so it's all very sociable. There's a big TV and a great spinny chair, on the south-facing, sunny side which is perfect for reading or snoozing.

All bills are included; gas, water, electric, council tax, cleaner (fortnightly), broadband, TV licence. The cleaner does all communal spaces, your bedroom is your own domain and there is a house hoover.
