Hello! I have on offer a double room (ideal for couples or working professionals) furnished with a modern en-suite. Spacious and light with a shared living room and kitchen with views from Canary Wharf to Greenwich and Lewisham.

Pool and Gym access is included in the rent and we have an onsite concierge so you never have to miss that parcel arriving in the middle of the day!

The property is warm and the water bill is included in the price. I am a working professional in the theatre and creative arts industry, quiet, chilled non-smoker single. WiFi is not included in the rent so I’m happy to take over the payment and we split 50/50 (or three ways with a couple). Electricity and council tax are the only other bills.

Onsite we have the pool, gym, concierge, onsite bar and restaurant with a local Tesco and coop less than three minutes walk away. The property is situated three minutes walk to Deptford Bridge DLR which essentially opens up onto our property, the complex is very modern, clean and quiet for London.
