Very large, furnished double room on the ground floor of a Victorian terraced house in a quiet street.
Room is roughly 4.2 x 4.2 metres, and painted white. It is furnished (double bed, chair, desk, small sofa) and has built-in shelving and a non-functional Art Nouveau fireplace.

£550 pcm plus £60/month for bills. We deal directly with the landlord, so no agents fees are involved; one month’s deposit and a reference required.

Lots of communal space - shared kitchen (two fridges), sitting room (with working fireplace), dining room and garden. Two bathrooms. Wood floors throughout. Decor: neo-victorian and a bit weird.
Central heating, washing machine, freezer, 200MB broadband, street parking with resident’s permit.

To share with 3 others.
There are currently 2 rooms available in the house - this ground floor room and a second floor room for £600pcm +bills. Ask for details - am waiting for the landlord to confirm dates etc.

We have one elderly cat, who is not very sociable unless you make the effort.

Our interests include music (experimental, new wave, world, etc), growing a few vegetables (achocha again this year) and making things.
Vegetarian / vegan preferred, especially as we sometimes share meals.

Very good transport links:
10 mins from Lewisham station, trains to London Bridge (10 mins) , Waterloo East, Charing Cross (20 mins), Cannon St, Victoria (20 mins); DLR - 30 mins to Bank, 15 mins to Canary Wharf.

Buses: 436, 21, 136, 321. Bus stop 2 mins from house.

Within walking distance of Goldsmiths university.
