I have a good sized double room for rent from 25th March!! The room is on the first floor, front south facing vista. The room can remain furnished if you wish to purchase from me, otherwise I can leave it Empty. There is a small garden at the front and reasonably sized garden to the rear, which is a great sun trap in the summer months! There are two professional females looking for another professional to join them. It is a chilled out, relaxed, quiet house. We would like someone who is laid back, respectful and SUPER clean. The house is in a nice, quiet residential area of Lewisham, no more than a 10 minute walk to Lewisham station for rail & DLR, also within reasonable walking distance of Ladywell, St John's and Brockley stations. In addition, the house is very close to Hilly Fields park. You can also take a great walk to Blackheath & Greenwich from this location too! There is a local corner shop, cafe, dry cleaner and launderette at the top of the road and an Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco & Lewisham Shopping Centre nearby for your amenities. We do have two cats so no other pets would be considered. (The water bill is in addition every six months). Also resident parking is in addition via lewisham council. Council tax, energy, Wi-Fi included. The contract is based on one year, however if you want to stay less than that it’s fine as long as a replacement tenant is found.
