Double room with en-suite in a modern 2-bed flat

Spacious, unfurnished double room in a 2-bed flat with exclusive use of the main bathroom (other room has an en-suite). The flat is in a secure building RIGHT above a Lidl, and also comes with an indoor bike storage room. Despite being off a main road, the flat faces away from the street and towards residential housing so it's surprisingly quiet. It also doesn't share walls with other flats and is on the top floor so there's never any noise from the neighbours. The kitchen and living area is all open plan and there's a small balcony off the living room which is just big enough to stand outside! I've just renewed this flat for a 3rd year and over that time the rent has not increased and the landlord has been really nice to deal with.

The move in date is flexible, my current housemate is looking for a place to move into with her partner and can work their date around you - ideally this will be sometime in December.

Bills are not included, this comes to £105 p/m on average which includes council tax, energy bills + internet.

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate housemate who I can hang out with from time to time but doesn't mind having the flat to themselves on occasion. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so I'd like the same from my flatmate. The room is big enough to fit a desk so it's ideal for WFH or you would be welcome to work from the shared space too if preferred.

I am a friendly, open minded person, working in the film industry. I love to cook, practice yoga, listen to podcasts, try not to kill my many plants, read, and watch true crime documentaries balanced out with trashy TV. I'm currently working from home Monday-Friday and looks like I will continue to do so until further notice but I do this from my bedroom.

5 minute walk to Lewisham shopping centre and outdoor market.
10-15 minute walk to Lewisham overground and DLR station.
15 minute walk to Blackheath and Greenwich park.
