Clean modern double room

Modern and clean double room in a 2 bedroom flat, a 7 minute walk from Lewisham station (zone 2).

Price negotiable if you're only looking for a mon-fri let, depending on number of nights the room is required for.

I'll be primarily based in Hove but will be staying at the property from time to time, occasionally with my partner too. This means you'll have the space to yourself for 95% of the time over the next few months.

I'm an emergency planning manager and a fair weather road cyclist at the weekend. Enjoy cooking, bikes, camping, wine, netflix.

House has all of the usual stuff... cooking equipment, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, smart TV with Netflix, Amazon and Disney. Parking is available but this is permit only (£20 week for visitors).

All rooms have been renovated in the last few years. It's clean, cosy and quiet. I love my little home and am looking for someone who will enjoy and respect the place.

Note the room doesn't come with the desk and monitor....thats now in Hove with me.

Minimum two month rental, but happy to be flexible with length of stay beyond that.

THE AREA:

DLR and train services run frequently in to central London (London Bridge, Waterloo, and Cannon Street approx 15 minutes, Victoria approx 20 minutes). DLR also runs every few minutes to Canary Wharf, Bank, and Stratford

Walking distance to nearby Blackheath village (15mins) and Greenwich (25mins).
