I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my room in the new luxury student accommodation - Vita Lewisham. Vita Student Accommodation is situated right across the DLR station which connects the area to the rest of the city and is located close to universities such as Greenwich University, Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Lewisham College, Goldsmiths College, Southwark College, London Southbank University and you can easily get to other universities.

The room has a large comfortable bed, its own bathroom, flat screen TV, super-fast Wi-Fi, storage solutions, desk and chair. The price also includes all bills and utilities, free gym, PT sessions, yoga classes, free breakfasts, free coffee and tea in the hub, fortnightly housekeeping and CCTV.

The kitchen is located separately from the room, it is designed for 5 rooms and has everything you need. The room is located on the 20th floor.

Since the room was booked in April, the price for this room is lower than other cluster rooms which can be found on the accommodation’s website. The room can be rented from 44 weeks to 51.
