Sadly.. one of our flatmates is moving out soon, so we're looking for someone to take over her room from September the 11th.

Room & Flat
Your room will be spacious and full of natural light. You will be living in a 3-bed, 3-bath flat, so you will have a your own bathroom next to your room! We also have direct access to a huge lovely terrace, which is a true blessing. Our flat is located in a new, modern and super clean block, with secure intercom access, and very kind neighbours!

Area
The area is super convenient to move around London from. You will find many bus stops, literally just a minute away from the flat, with which you could access almost every part of London. Also, Lewisham and Ladywell stations are only within an 8-minute walk, from which you could reach London Bridge in just 8 mins, Waterloo in 12 and Charing Cross in 15, by train. We are literally 5 mins walk away from a big shopping mall, a Sainsbury, McDonalds, Burger King, Poundland, Wilko, Primark, TKMaxx, and a huge outdoor market where you can get fresh fruit and veggies from, 8 minutes away from a big Lidl, 10 minutes away from Tesco Express and 15 minutes away from Aldi. There is also a big B&M and IKEA store, only 10 and 15 minutes away by bus, respectively. Not to mention that the beautiful Ladywell Fields are within walking distance, and Greenwich Park is also nearby.

Flatmates
You will be living with 2 female professionals in their early 20s-30s, Katerina and Rupali, who have recently finished their MSc and PhD in psychology and dentistry respectively. We are ideally looking for another professional to move in with us, but we could be flexible, if we find the right person. We are both very clean, tidy and respectful of each others privacy, but we love socialising together as well.

Rent
The rent is only £550 and bills come at about £100 per person per month.
