Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a bright, modern two bedroom flat directly above Lewisham station from mid August.

The available room is a spacious and bright double bedroom with access to the main bathroom.

A little about me: I’m a woman in my late 30s who enjoys travelling, cooking, the gym, music, art and spending time outdoors. I’m friendly, tidy and respectful, and I like the flat to be a calm and comfortable place to come home to.

The flat has excellent transport links into central London, including direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross, as well as the DLR. There’s also a shopping centre just a few minutes away with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S and plenty of other amenities nearby.

I’m looking for someone easy going, considerate and respectful who is looking for a home rather than just a room.
