One bright and airy single room is available for rent with all bills included. Professionals working full time only.

There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. One family bathroom and a separate toilet are shared between 3 people, and the 4th and 5th person have their own bathroom.
All the rooms come with good condition furniture - bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe.
Housemates are young professionals in their 20s and a friendly cat. You will be meeting them in your viewing. We take the opinion of the existing housemates seriously.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac between Lewisham, Ladywell and Hither Green, with a large kitchen + diner & living room and a 13m long garden, excellent for BBQs in the summer!

Great transport connections. A short stroll to Lewisham station (DLR and National Rail), you can get to Victoria, Charing Cross (16min), Canary Wharf (18min), London Bridge & Southwark (11min), Cannon Street (15min) and Bank in no time. Kings Cross and Liverpool Street are 30min away.
Waterloo is 15min away from Hither Green station.
5-10min walk to the Lewisham, Hither Green, Ladywell and Blackheath train station.

Frequent night bus service connecting Charing Cross and Bank, so you can always get home after a night out.

Walking distance to Greenwich and Blackheath.
If you are into cycling, you can get to the City in 25min.

Q: Can I rent the whole house from you and sublet it to other people?
A: Not under any circumstances.

Q: Does it have a mould / damp problem?
A: No, the house is warm and well-insulated. There is a dehumidifier in the communal area for laundry.

Q: Is it a clean house?
A: Weekly cleaning service of the communal area is included.

Q: Is there a washing machine?
A: yes, there is an induction cooker, oven, washing machine, fridge and fridge freezer.
The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair.
Additional furniture can be arranged upon request.

Q: Can I move in tomorrow?
A: Every applicant must go through a reference check before moving in, which should take no more than three days.

Q: How much discount can I get?
A: It depends on your occupation.

Q: Can I have an overnight guest?
A: Once a week, you would have to notify us for more nights and get our permission.

Q: The room is big enough for a double bed. Can a couple move in?
A: Not under any circumstances.
The house is more spacious than a 10-person HMO down the road. We deliberately asked the council for single occupancy in the HMO licence and to keep the lounge as a communal space.

Q: Do you accept children?
A: No.

Q: Do you accept pets?
A: It depends on the pet.

Q: Can I view it virtually? Can I send my parents to view it for me?
A: Initially, yes. The tenants can give you a virtual tour, and you must visit the house once before a contract is signed.

Q: Can I pay cash?
A: No. We are accredited landlords operating legally and the house has an HMO licence.
